By booking a room or staying at the hotel, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
A. Reservation Policy
- Reservations can be made online, via phone, email, or through authorized travel partners.
- All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.
- Guests must provide valid ID proof (as per Indian law, e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID) at check-in.
- Soft copy of ID proof is accepted only when presented through DIGILOCKER app of Govt of India.
- Valid ID proof MUST be presented for all guests above 12 years of age. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of reservation and refund of booking amount will NOT be admissible.
- Unmarried couple above 18 years are allowed to stay in one room. However, both persons need to present original photo ID at the time of check in.
B. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in / Check-out time: The Hotel offers 24 hours Check-In / Check-Out facility to its customers.
- One day of stay is counted as 24hrs from Check-In time.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact the Front Desk to confirm availability and applicable charges for early Check-In/Late Check-Out.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the rooms.
- Extra bed will be provided on request. Charges for each extra bed per night is Rs 700.
C. Payment Policy
- The hotel accepts payment via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or online transfers.
- Full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking. Prepayment amount requested by the Hotel Front Desk staff is final and binding. No bargain will be entertained in this respect.
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are inclusive/exclusive (as applicable) of applicable GST and service charges.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received as required.
D. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 2 days (48 hrs before intended Check-In time) before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days or no-shows will attract full retention charges (No REFUNDS admissible).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the same mode as the original payment.
E. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and hotel staff.
- Loud music, illegal activities, or disorderly behavior are strictly prohibited.
- The hotel reserves the right to evict guests without refund in case of misconduct or breach of rules.
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval and during designated visiting hours.
F. Liability and Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to recover the cost of damages or losses from the guest when noticed OR at the time of check-out.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or cash.
- Guests are advised to use safes provided in rooms or at the reception.
G. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs
- All our Rooms are NON SMOKING. Any visitor found smoking inside the Hotel premises/rooms will be fined Rs. 10,000.
- Consumption of alcohol is allowed as per local laws and hotel policy.
- Possession or use of narcotics or banned substances is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
H. Safety and Security
- The hotel employs CCTV surveillance in public areas for guest safety.
- Guests must comply with all fire and safety regulations.
- Any suspicious activity must be immediately reported to the front desk.
I. Pet Policy
- No PETS are allowed inside the Hotel premises.
J. Internet and Communication
- Wi-Fi is provided for guests’ convenience; however, speed and connectivity are not guaranteed.
- Guests agree not to misuse the network for illegal or unethical activities (as per the IT Act, 2000).
K. Privacy Policy
- The hotel collects and stores guest data for operational, security, and legal compliance purposes.
- Guest information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
- All data is handled in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data) Rules, 2011.
L. Force Majeure
- The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
M. Limitation of Liability
- The hotel’s total liability for any claim arising from a guest’s stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for that stay.
N. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UDUPI, Karnataka.
O. Amendments
- The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available at the Front Desk and on the official website.
